Living in Cherry wood we have seen a huge increase in diversity since we started to manage the woodland 8 years ago. The coppice restoration program has light and therefore life back to the woodland. From a dark , predominantly coniferous wood, it has become a multi-layered environment,, full of flowers, insects, birds and small mammals. Our lake has been repaired of leaks and the Victorian garden the surrounds it has been pruned a little to reveal some of its former glory.
